I started my health journey as a musician when I was 12. Drumming was like a dance for my body, and the more I used the gym to enhance my strength, the more efficient my movements became. My creativity and power became direct expressions of my workout intelligence and love for my body. 15 years later, I decided that in order to contribute what I had learned about my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual journey, I would teach in the gym. I became certified as a science-based ACSM trainer and took flight as a holistic wellness coach.
Now, 12 years later, I start with a systematic approach to your mind and body connection, and use resistance training to maximize your potential. I have translated all the helpful modalities of my life into my coaching work, including my studies in theater and music, Buddhism and breath and even Neuro-Linguistic Programming to guide you with the greatest foundation into the life of your dreams.
